Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your interior design consultation. If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur any additional fees.
If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability may be limited. Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to administrative fees.
Refund Process
If you cancel a consultation in accordance with our cancellation policy, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
Service Satisfaction
We strive to provide excellent interior design consultation services and ensure your satisfaction with our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation completion to discuss your concerns.
We will work with you to address any issues and may offer additional consultation time or adjustments to the design recommendations at no extra charge, subject to the nature of the concerns raised.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without providing advance notice, the consultation fee will not be refunded. We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation so we can discuss alternative arrangements and minimise any inconvenience.
Service Modifications
If you wish to modify the scope of services after booking, please contact us to discuss available options. Changes to service scope may result in adjustments to pricing, and we will confirm any modifications in writing before proceeding.
We will do our best to accommodate your requests while ensuring that service modifications are feasible within our scheduling and resource constraints.
Australian Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If our services do not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies including refunds, repairs, or replacements, depending on the circumstances.
We are committed to providing services that meet the standards expected under Australian Consumer Law and will work with you to resolve any issues in accordance with your legal rights.
